Middle city for reasonable price
The historicel building is located in the heart of beautiful Prague only blocks away from the main tourist and business attractions including the Wenceslas Square,Muzeum and the Charles Bridge,in the Old Town. 3-Bedroom apartment is located in next building Wenceslas square 36. There is no need to take taxi or even the metroas everything is in a convenient walking distance from the apartments.

All major historical sights like Charles Bridge, The Old Town Squre, Wenceslas Square, Kings` Road, Dancing Building, Prague Castle etc. are walking distance or comfortably reachable by tram.
By streetcar (Tramway): No. 3,9,14,24 to Vaclavske namesti stop.
By tube (Metro): Green line A to Mustek station then exit Vaclavske namesti

Jechaliśmy w 8. Wynajęliśmy apartament 4-pokojowy + salon. Warunki i lokalizacja super! Mieszkanie znajdowało się na najwyższym piętrze ale to nie był problem ponieważ w budynku była się winda. Plac Wacława mieści się 10 min piechotką od dworca kolejowego oraz Mostu Karola. Panowie w recepcji bardzo mili. Mimo, że nie byliśmy przygotowani na płacenie kaucji zwrotnej (100 euro) nie było problemu żebyśmy wpłacili ją w PLN (oczywiście w całości otrzymaliśmy ją z powrotem). Bardzo też przydatne okazało się to, że posiadają pokój bagażowy. Wymeldować musieliśmy się do godziny 11, a pociąg mieliśmy dopiero o godzinie 16 (międzyczasie przechowali nasze walizki) Jak na tą lokalizację i komfort - przy wcześniejszym bookowaniu ceny też nie wychodzą wysokie:) Rezerwacja przez TravelCook.com była prosta i przyjemna :) Bardzo szybko otrzymaliśmy potwierdzenie rezerwacji. We had an absolutely brilliant weekend stay in Prague , The reason for the visit was my stag do! The apartment (for 10-12 people ) was in an ideal central location , very clean and comfortable and the receptionist friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent value for money and would definitely reccomend and make a return visit . |

Die Wohnungen waren schön eingerichtet (v.a. die Vier-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung), die Gruppe hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die Bedingungen von Travelcook unterscheiden sich von jenen der Unterkunft. Wir haben in Euro gebucht, vor Ort kann aber nur mit Kronen bezahlt werden (ausser Euro in Bar). Der Europreis wurde zu einem ungünstigen Kurs in Kronen umgerechnet! Als wir dann doch mit Karte bezahlen wollten, funktionierte das Gerät nicht (bei zwei Kreditkarten!). Nach Travelcook kann man am Ende der Reise bezahlen, an der Rezeption wurde aber verlagt, dass am Anfang des Aufenthaltes bezahlt wird. Obwohl wir die Wohnungen nicht überbelegt haben, mussten einige auf Sofas schlafen (nicht alle Betten sind Betten, sondern Sofas). |

Location is perfect. Parking is available and very secure, although rather expensive (although a good option if you want to park near the center of the city). The price was good for the location even overlooking all the negatives. The washer and most other equipment worked; there was plenty of room for 4 people. The place was not clean, the floors were sticky and you couldn't walk on them without shoes as your feet or socks would be black immediately. The iron had a plug that didn't have a match among the outlets in the walls. The sheets and towels were Soviet style - with holes and stains. |

Great staff and brilliant location! Got a bit messed about with travelcook. Had a booking made else where and they changed it after 5 days of already having it booked because of double booking that had been made. so error on there behalf. Had to find some where within 2 days that being Residence apartments, really happy with the apartment but worked out I had to pay more money and then I was promised free transfer from the airport to try and make up for the extra I had to pay only to have to pay when we arrived because the taxi driver had no idea what I was talking about. |

The staff was very nice and the location perfect. We did not know that most of this appartment are rented to prostitutes for their night activities in front of the building at night. As well we found some red lights used by the hookers in our appartment......hidden. |

très bien situé attention , le prix du parking n'est pas compris ; celui -ci est souterrain : notre véhicule était trop grand pour y pénétrer. On nous a proposé un parking prés de la gare à 600 couronnes la nuit Hôtesse d'accueil extrêmement aimable . du bruit dans la nuit(voisins ) mais pas de bruit de rue malgré la situation A recommander |

Very nice to stay in this apartment.Really excellent feeling both of us had for all days of our stay. Only one suggestion that bed sheets etc should be changed alternate days. I have one thing to suggest that when booking is done for 48 Wenceslas Square and when customers come for reporting. the reception says that my booking is not here rather it is in 36 Wenceslas Square. This is not correct. Online booking was confirmed for 48 and after coming over here ,place is changed without prior information. This practice is not healthy at all. S N Ghosh |

Very clean appartments. A little basic but for the money it was very impressive with a kitchen area, lounge, TV etc. Good bathrooms with baths. Very central location, perfect for a group enjoying the nightlife. Easy to find, helpful office staff. All in I would recommend and would return. Value for money was great compared to hotels in city centre. Overall I would say 9/10, slightly better beds would push it to a 10. Thanks guys. |
