Apart House Wenceslas square 48 is located at the Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti). 3-Bedroom apartment is located in next building Wenceslas square 36. Right in the center of Prague. All major historical sights like Charles Bridge, The Old Town Squre, Wenceslas Square, Kings` Road, Dancing Building, Prague Castle etc. are walking distance or comfortably reachable by tram.

By streetcar (Tramway): No. 3,9,14,24 to Vaclavske namesti stop.

By tube (Metro): Green line A to Mustek station then exit Vaclavske namesti

P+R - The Prague Integrated Transport system also includes certain P+R (park + ride) locations close to public transport areas. These are currently the following car parks: Skalka I, II, Zličín I, II, Nové Butovice, Opatov, Chodov, Ládví, Rajská zahrada, Černý Most I, II , Palmovka, Radotín, Nádraží Holešovice, Běchovice and Depo Hostivař, almost all by metro stations. The fee per 24-hours is CZK 100 including VAT. Our colleagues will assist you to find the most suitable parking for you.

Palladium Parking Garage - The 24-hour Palladium parking garage, the largest parking garage in Prague 1, is located under the popular Palladium shopping mall. This safe and pleasant parking garage boasts 900 parking spaces on three underground floors. The parking garage offers unlimited 24-hour parking for CZK 700 and an unlimited three-calendar day parking for CZK 1800. Long-term parking is CZK 6843 monthly.

Rudolfinum Parking Garage - Located close to the Vltava River, the Rudolfinum Parking Garage charges CZK 50 per hour and CZK 600 for 24-hour parking. If you wish to purchase a long-term parking space in the Rudolfinum Parking Garage, then the cost is CZK 6000 per month for a spot in this preminum location.

National Theater Parking Garage - Located close to the Vltava River, the National Theater Parking Garage charges CZK 50 per hour for vehicles and motorcycles. Long-term parking is CZK 9520 per month including VAT.

Kotva Parking Garage - Kotva Parking Garage is open 24-hours and features 360 parking spots. This safe and secure parking garage is located under the Kotva shopping center, in Náměstí Republiky. The maximum hourly rate from 7am – 8pm is CZK 50 including VAT. The hourly rate from 8pm – 7am is CZK 30. A long-term parking space is CZK 4500 monthly excluding VAT.

Main Train Station Parking Lot and Garage - Located conveniently in between New Town and Vinohrady, and 600 meters from Wenceslas Square, the 24-hour parking lot and garage at the main train station offers 523 parking spaces with 312 of the spaces being inside and 211 spaces outside. The fee per hour is CZK 40 including VAT. There is a special rate, perfect for a short stay in Prague; CZK 400 including VAT per 24-hours if the space is rented for 3 or more days. The monthly fee with reservation is CZK 4000 plus VAT and without reservation CZK 2500 plus VAT. The parking lot and the garage are monitored 24-hours by a camera system and security guards.

Václavske Garage - Located a block from Karlovo Namesti, Vaclavske Garage is a safe and convenient parking garage featuring parking spaces for 50 CZK per hour and 500 CZK per day. If you wish to get a monthly parking space it is 7400 CZK per month (negotiable). The parking garage is open 24-hours.

The owner of the apartment will charge a penalty equal to one night's stay in case of cancellations received by the apartment later than 72 hours before your sheduled arrival. The penalty equal to 80 % from whole stay amount in case of no show.

Very central location, perfect for a group enjoying the nightlife. Easy to find, helpful office staff. All in I would recommend and would return. Value for money was great compared to hotels in city centre. Overall I would say 9/10, slightly better beds would push it to a 10. Thanks guys.

Only one suggestion that bed sheets etc should be changed alternate days. I have one thing to suggest that when booking is done for 48 Wenceslas Square and when customers come for reporting. the reception says that my booking is not here rather it is in 36 Wenceslas Square. This is not correct. Online booking was confirmed for 48 and after coming over here ,place is changed without prior information. This practice is not healthy at all. S N Ghosh

We did not know that most of this appartment are rented to prostitutes for their night activities in front of the building at night. As well we found some red lights used by the hookers in our appartment......hidden.

Had a booking made else where and they changed it after 5 days of already having it booked because of double booking that had been made. so error on there behalf. Had to find some where within 2 days that being Residence apartments, really happy with the apartment but worked out I had to pay more money and then I was promised free transfer from the airport to try and make up for the extra I had to pay only to have to pay when we arrived because the taxi driver had no idea what I was talking about.

Parking is available and very secure, although rather expensive (although a good option if you want to park near the center of the city). The price was good for the location even overlooking all the negatives. The washer and most other equipment worked; there was plenty of room for 4 people. The place was not clean, the floors were sticky and you couldn't walk on them without shoes as your feet or socks would be black immediately. The iron had a plug that didn't have a match among the outlets in the walls. The sheets and towels were Soviet style - with holes and stains.
7.2	Milena Todic Lindegger Groups of friends 08 Oct 2011	Die Wohnungen waren schön eingerichtet (v.a. die Vier-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung), die Gruppe hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die Bedingungen von Travelcook unterscheiden sich von jenen der Unterkunft. Wir haben in Euro gebucht, vor Ort kann aber nur mit Kronen bezahlt werden (ausser Euro in Bar). Der Europreis wurde zu einem ungünstigen Kurs in Kronen umgerechnet! Als wir dann doch mit Karte bezahlen wollten, funktionierte das Gerät nicht (bei zwei Kreditkarten!). Nach Travelcook kann man am Ende der Reise bezahlen, an der Rezeption wurde aber verlagt, dass am Anfang des Aufenthaltes bezahlt wird. Obwohl wir die Wohnungen nicht überbelegt haben, mussten einige auf Sofas schlafen (nicht alle Betten sind Betten, sondern Sofas).

The apartment (for 10-12 people ) was in an ideal central location , very clean and comfortable and the receptionist friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent value for money and would definitely reccomend and make a return visit .
