Location

The building is located two minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge and is just a five minute walk to Old Town Square in one direction and Wenceslas Square in the other direction...perfectly located for all that Prague has to offer. Right in the center of Prague. All major historical sights like Charles Bridge, The Old Town Squre, Wenceslas Square, Kings` Road, Dancing Building, Prague Castle etc. are walking distance or comfortably reachable by tram.

By streetcar (Tramway): No. 17, 18 to Karlovy Lazne stop
By tube (Metro): Green line A to Staromestska station

Parking

P+R - The Prague Integrated Transport system also includes certain P+R (park + ride) locations close to public transport areas. These are currently the following car parks: Skalka I, II, Zličín I, II, Nové Butovice, Opatov, Chodov, Ládví, Rajská zahrada, Černý Most I, II , Palmovka, Radotín, Nádraží Holešovice, Běchovice and Depo Hostivař, almost all by metro stations. The fee per 24-hours is CZK 100 including VAT. Our colleagues will assist you to find the most suitable parking for you.

Palladium Parking Garage - The 24-hour Palladium parking garage, the largest parking garage in Prague 1, is located under the popular Palladium shopping mall. This safe and pleasant parking garage boasts 900 parking spaces on three underground floors. The parking garage offers unlimited 24-hour parking for CZK 700 and an unlimited three-calendar day parking for CZK 1800. Long-term parking is CZK 6843 monthly.

Rudolfinum Parking Garage - Located close to the Vltava River, the Rudolfinum Parking Garage charges CZK 50 per hour and CZK 600 for 24-hour parking. If you wish to purchase a long-term parking space in the Rudolfinum Parking Garage, then the cost is CZK 6000 per month for a spot in this preminum location.

National Theater Parking Garage - Located close to the Vltava River, the National Theater Parking Garage charges CZK 50 per hour for vehicles and motorcycles. Long-term parking is CZK 9520 per month including VAT.

Kotva Parking Garage - Kotva Parking Garage is open 24-hours and features 360 parking spots. This safe and secure parking garage is located under the Kotva shopping center, in Náměstí Republiky. The maximum hourly rate from 7am – 8pm is CZK 50 including VAT. The hourly rate from 8pm – 7am is CZK 30. A long-term parking space is CZK 4500 monthly excluding VAT.

Main Train Station Parking Lot and Garage - Located conveniently in between New Town and Vinohrady, and 600 meters from Wenceslas Square, the 24-hour parking lot and garage at the main train station offers 523 parking spaces with 312 of the spaces being inside and 211 spaces outside. The fee per hour is CZK 40 including VAT. There is a special rate, perfect for a short stay in Prague; CZK 400 including VAT per 24-hours if the space is rented for 3 or more days. The monthly fee with reservation is CZK 4000 plus VAT and without reservation CZK 2500 plus VAT. The parking lot and the garage are monitored 24-hours by a camera system and security guards.

Václavske Garage - Located a block from Karlovo Namesti, Vaclavske Garage is a safe and convenient parking garage featuring parking spaces for 50 CZK per hour and 500 CZK per day. If you wish to get a monthly parking space it is 7400 CZK per month (negotiable). The parking garage is open 24-hours.

Apartment House Liliova accepts following payment methods and reserves the right to pre-authorise validity of the card prior to arrival:

Cancellation

Pay nothing now. Your credit card will be used only to guarantee the booking. On arrival at the apartment you will be asked to pay in cash. You may cancel your booking for free up to 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations received later than 3 days prior to arrival at the apartment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. For reservation of 7 nights and longer or groups than the owner of the apartment charge 50 % of whole stay amount as no-refundable guarantee. Also the refundable deposit 200 EUR is required by arrival. Cancellation policy: term 27.12.2011 - 3.1.2012 = 50% deposit from whole amount in advance.14 days before arrival: Free of charge.Less than 14 days: 50% from whole amount.

I would recommend this apartment. We were lucky to find it, and especially lucky to meet him personally, such was his level of service. We loved our stay in the neighbourhood and loved the city of Prague.

The location was terrific - every major site was within walking distance. For those with mobility issues - there is no lift. The person we had to meet to get the keys was easy to contact and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived. Everything in the kitchen worked. If i return to Prague, i would definitely stay there again.

I and my friends will use Apartment House Liliova again. Due to the size of our party, an extra toilet would have been great, but we dealt with it.
7.3	Anonymous Families with children 31 Jul 2011	Excellent location, good value for money, mostly clean and well equipped Clean but dusty, central location meant very noisy at night, every night was disturbed by drunks or 5am bottle collections, not to mention what sounded like hammering and drilling at 2am! 3 doors to tackle every time we came or went. Were told to lock all doors as place had been burgled, we did but other residents didnt so as there was no safe, security was a worry. Shower didn't drain. Didn't like lack of contact with landlord, didn't even check us out, had to leave rooms unlocked.

The appartment has a lot of space and well equipped. The possibility to park the car in a closed parking was highly appreciated as well. The appartment is bright and clean. We had a wonderful time and if we gome back to Prag we surely will stay again in House Liliova! The only minor default is the equipment in forks, knifes, etc. There are some more glasses missing and we had only 1 tea spoon... and if you really want to do some kitchening, it's a little bit complicated. But restaurants are near by and very good, so it's not really a problem. It was not for us, in any case

Apt owner picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, which was terrific. Excellent wireless, air conditioning worked very well. Very nice view from the bedroom, especially at night. We definitely recommend it as an excellent value. Not many! One bathroom for 5 roommates is a bit tight + shower is European style (handheld showerhead), which our group found somewhat irritating. Be prepared to walk up 5 serious flights of stairs.

The place was everything that was promised and the pictures are not misleading. Great location, clean, and quiet (we were on the top floor). I will definitely recommend to friends.

9.2	michael esders Mature couples 22 Nov 2011	EVERYTHING WHAT WE EXPECTED REALLY DID HAVE LOTS OF ROOM.EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SECURE BIULDING.JUST ROUND CORNER FROM CHARLES BRIDGE AND OLD TOWN SQUARE PROBABLY THE BEST LOCATION IN THE AREA AS NIT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO AREAS BUT ALSO QUIET IN EVENINGS. WARM DURING DAY, ALTHOUGH NOT WARM ENOUGH IN THE EVENING AS IT WAS -5 ON THE TUESDAY. KADLEC OFFERED TO RAISE THE TEMPERATURE ON ARRIVAL BUT WE DIDNT THINK WE WOULD NEED IT.HEATING NICE DURING DAY BUT SOMETIMES NOT ON ENOUGH IN EVENINGS.THE ONLY ENGLISH TV WAS FOREIGN NEWS CHANNELS IN ENGLISH,

We only stayed three nights so reasonably short term so didn't take full advantage of most facilities. Great location, only a few minutes to the Charles Bridge. Highly recommended. The only negative thing was it was on the 5th floor which normally wouldn't be a problem but we walked for three days solid and it was always hard walking those flights of stairs at the end of the day. But the wonderful view made up for it!
