Location

The Hotel Cerny slon (Black Elephant) is situated right in the heart of Prague. Therefore for its position is very popular among tourists from all over the world. Only with a 1 minute walk you get to the Old Town Square famous for its Astronomical clock, Church of Our Lady before Tyn and lots of small cosy restaurants.

Close to the hotel there are also Old Jewish Cemetery, Spanish Synagogue with the Jewish Museum (5 minutes walk from the hotel), The Charles Bridge (15 minutes walk from the hotel), Lesser Town (20 minute walk from the hotel), Prague Castle (40 minutes walk from the hotel) and rather modern Wenceslas Square (10 minutes walk from the hotel) with lots of shops, shopping centers, night clubs and discotheques.

The nearest underground (tube) station is Namesti Republiky (lane B) or Staromestska (lane A), within a four minute walk of the hotel.

In the cellarage of our hotel we find winehouse with bar called Bandol. You can choose there from rich offer of wines from south France including also pipe wines, then many kinds of czech wines and mixed beverages or coctails.

Leisure & Fitness

Although there are no leisure facilities located on the hotel premises, there is possibility to use a nearby gym. Please ask at reception for further details.

Parking

Secure parking is possible in the Rudolfinum garages or Kotva garages - 400 metres from the hotel for the charge of 600,- CZk per 24 hrs.
