- The hotel's Restaurant and Banquet Hall are decorated in the Renaissance style. You will be amazed at the quality and choice of the Bohemian, international and medieval dishes available, including open-fire roasts prepared and served by chefs in 16th century robes. The cuisine of the Hotel Ruze is not only renowned for its classical dishes. As is to be expected of the Hotel's high standards, the chef has also incorporated the modern influences of today's culinary arts. In addition, the Lobby Bar provides excellent cakes and coffee, together with both alcoholic and soft drinks.

- You can relax on the panoramic Summer Terrace, listening to live music high over the river Vltava. The hotel fitness Centre includes a swimming pool, sauna, solarium, beauty salon and other facilities. The Hotel Ruze has its own gallery and shop that carry local artworks, handicrafts and antique furniture. The Jesuit Hall (150 seats) can be converted into a conference and concert hall, maintaining superior acoustics and original decorations.

Sauna
classic Finnish sauna (capacity max. 4 people), bookings at the sports centre (ext. 412) or at hotel reception at least 1 hour in advance. This is a paid service, hotel guests are charged CZK 160/per person/hour (min. CZK 80). In view of the size of the sauna (3 x 3 metres), private bookings are possible for CZK 460/hour (ideal for couples and families).
