Residence Ostrovni offers ten attractive, fully equipped apartments with an area of between
32 and 97 sqm, combining elegance and timeless design. They represent a suitable place for spending a family holiday in one of the most beautiful European capitals as well as for creating a temporary home if staying longer. Having only 10 apartments in the building ensures maximum privacy.
For the comfort of guests all apartments are fully equipped:
Wi-Fi internet, SAT TV, LCD TV, air condition, kitchen unit with dishes and Bosch appliances (refrigerator with freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, dish washer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), bathroom with bath and glass curtain, washing machine, safe, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, bed and bath linens, house phone.
Residence Ostrovni is guarded by a camera surveillance system. All interior premises are non-smoking.
The rental price includes the following services:
All equipment, Wi-fi, SAT TV, bed and bath-linen exchange in case of minimum 7 nights stay, technical maintenance.

Residence Ostrovni is located in the immediate vicinity of the National Theatre exactly opposite Žofín Palace on the riverbank and yet in a quiet street without the noise of a large city. Due to its excellent location, it offers a comfortable transport connection from any part of Prague, and the majority of Prague’s historical monuments, such as the Charles Bridge, Střelecký Island, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, the Rudolfinum, the Dancing House, etc., are within walking distance.
Residence Ostrovni is easily accessible by public transport and car. It is one minute away from the “Národní divadlo” tram stop (lines 6, 9, 17, 18 and 22) and five walking minutes away from the “Můstek or Národní třída” underground stop.

We really loved our stay in Residence Ostrovni apartment. Everything was great, we were very satisfied. Also, the apartment is the same as shown on the pictures. The location is amazing, Charles Bridge is only 10 min away on foot. When we come to Prague again, we'll sure be staying in this apartment. We would recommend it to anyone. Parking in Prague is extremely hard to find if you are not a resident, but there is a garage across the street were you can park your car for a fee. |

Fantastic location walking distance to all tourist attractions. The apartment had all the modern comforts of home, it was spacious and immaculately kept. We arranged an airport pick up (22 euros) as we arrived at midnight, driver arrived on time in a Beautiful Mercedes Benz. Management was waiting for us ,even at that hour of the morning ,to show us the apartment. Extremely helpful and friendly. We will come back and strongly recommend it. |

My grilfriend and I have spend 3 nights in a apartment for 2 persons during the Ascesion weekend. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was really kind and very flexible in arrival and departure times. The location of the apartment is excellent. There is a small bakery and a mini market around the corner. The Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Wenceslas Square are within a 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. |

Perfect. :) Parking is problematic. But... Who needs a park place, when you are living in the city center! :) You can leave the car in a P+R for 120 CZK per day, in the outside area of Prague. The hotel is next to a metro station. Very easy to access. |

We spent a great week in Prague and were very happy with the accommodation. The location was perfect - close to the river, the tram stops, a big Tesco store and a couple of nice restaurants, easy walk to the center, and still surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night time. The room was nice and tidy and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a studio with an extra bed arranged for our 4-year-old which made it a little less spacious (as we knew in advance), but it was still pleasant enough and we had nothing to complain about. |

The apartments are located near the State Theatre and almost on the banks of the Vltava. Great connections by tram (only 50m away) to all the sights and a bit of a walk (10mins) to the metro. Our apartment was almost as new in a refurbished old building. Very light with modern kitchen and two bathrooms. All the linen is provided and the kitchen is fitted with crockery and cutlery. Also has free Wifi in the apartment! Old Town Square is a 20 minuet walk away and there are many other sites only a short hop away on a tram. The apartments are surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars and you'll never be short of finding places to eat. There's a Tesco near the metro stop (10 min walk) and a few late night mini marts around the place. We had 3 kids under 5 and there were a few playgrounds around the place. One was on the island right near the apartments. It also has a nice restaurant called Zofin with a great outdoor dining area with a kids play area. Another is the Detsky (Childern's) Island which is on the other side of the bank and a very relaxing 20 min walk away along the river. In summary, these apartments were great. There is a bit of noise on Fri nights from the bar crowd, but with double glazing it all seemed to go away. Thoroughly recommend this place. Will definitely go back again. We loved the apartment: spacious, clean, light-filled, comfortably-furnished and nicely-decorated. The kitchen appliances were of a very high quality. The staff were very helpful, and went out of their way to respond immediately and effectively to our every request and concern: the staff are particularly deserving of commendation. The location is excellent: very close to all of the major sites and ammenities, yet blessedly free of major tourist traffic. We recommend this place highly. The TV cable does not get major sporting events (eg: the UEFA cup soccer final). |
