Perfect for big families. We were 12 adults who shared the two connected apartments. Really good space and all facilities needed. No air condition but fans in all bedrooms. Confortable beds. The location of the apartment is great, 2 minutes away from old town square , 4 minutes to Wncelesa square. It is big enough for 4-6 persons. The kitchen has all the equipment mentioned. wi-fi is good. Romana was on time and the transfer she arranged for us, also The days we spent in Prague was very hot, so the lack of A/C was really disturbing |

Major problems with plumbing so our three bathroom apartment with separate bathrooms did not happen. Was very inconvenient for six adults who had requested a three bed/bath apartment. We were very pleased with the spacious, upstairs/downstairs, centrally heated Kozna C Apartment. Location is terrific. This apartment is about 100 feet from the Town Center as well as several highly rated restaurants (on Kozna and near the Center). Containing two main-floor bedrooms (sleeping 4), there is an additional separate bedroom as well as a separate area with a sofa (single bed) in the upstairs loft. The 2 sofas in the living room, on the main floor, can be converted to single beds. There are two bathrooms: one upstairs (with a tub and hand-held shower with very little standing room due to the ceiling slant in the loft) and another bathroom (with a shower only) on the main floor. Body soap/shampoo, small bar of soap per person, hair dryers, and bathroom tissue were provided. Each person was allotted only one small bath towel and one hand towel. We were not given bathroom towels to dry hands. The kitchen is well appointed (e.g., dishwasher with detergent, refrig/freezer, microwave, paper towels, garbage bags, liquid soap, etc.). However, there was no kitchen towel. The WIFI was consistent and worked while we were at the apartment. The small elevator required a few trips for our luggage. To reach the apartment from the elevator, you need to climb a flight of stairs. We ordered the optional limousine from the airport to the apartment—it was great. Our driver held a sign with our name and six of us were off to the apartment without delay. At the apt, we were met by Romana, who was excellent in her instructions (e.g., elevator, keys, dishwasher, etc.) as well as presenting a handy binder (kept in the apartment) with key information on a variety of topics. Kudos to her. The attic apartment has skylights, not windows. The clock and the church spires can be seen through some of the skylights. One main-floor bedroom has windows (as does the downstairs bathroom) but the view is either roof or another apartment. If renting in the summer, you may want to make sure the apartment has air conditioning. Another issue is the building’s entryway, main hallway, and the flight of stairs leading up to the elevator. They are not maintained and are quite dusty and dirty. That being said, the Apartment C hallway and entry were very well maintained during our stay. Although there are minor issues, this is a wonderful and spacious attic loft in the heart of Prague’s historic area. |

The apartments have a very good location to see all the sights. At the same time it is a quiet street where there are no crowds of people. On this street there are two excellent restaurants where you can eat good Czech cuisine is not expensive ("U Spirku" "Dva velbloudi") Very comfortable beds. We lived in the apartment for two weeks, during which time for us once changed the bed linen, but have never done cleaning. By the end of the stay was a lot of dust. The windows in the living room had no curtains for this reason the afternoon sun was shining, it was hot, even though it was winter. |

The airport pickup, contact at the square where we were dropped off and the pickup back to the airport was all seamless. It made for a very relaxing and memorable holiday. We loved Prague, thank you. We had two units booked, Loft A & B. There was no toaster in A and the toaster in B was not working......so no toaster at all for 10 people. Birds nesting in the entrance - not good for one of the party who does not like birds. Lights on staircase could have been better as did not come on until last flight on way down. More mirrors! This is a modern, clean apartment on a narrow street near Old Town Square. Most of the famous sites are within walking distance, and there are countless good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The area was crowded with tourists, but the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet. Reservations, pick-up at the train station, check in, and check out all went smoothly. We would stay here again. There's an elevator, but it doesn't go all the way down to the ground floor or all the way up to the loft apartments. Also, cars can't drive down the street near the apartment most of the time because it's too crowded with pedestrians, so don't plan on taking a taxi right to the front door. Be prepared to haul your luggage a bit! |

We were a little bit scared because of previous reviews about the hot but we found it OK because of 3 cooling fans provided by the owner. The apartment is really a gem. Very prompt service from the host, we arrived 10 minutes earlier at the apartment Kozna and thought we would have to wait for the host till the meeting time but surprisingly the host is already there to welcome us. Apartment is exactly as describe and as seen in the picture, newly renovated, spacious and comfortable, with all the essentially need for a week's stay. Kitchen is well equipped so no trouble at all if we need to cook. There is a restaurant right at the same building, went to the restaurant for dinner and we enjoyed the meal very much. On our last day of stay we decided very last minute to use the transport arrangement service and was attended right away from the host.Overall, great location, great stay, great service and value for money. Would definitely come back to stay again. |

Pavel Sery was a pleasure to work with, he always answered my emails promptly and was very courteous. The apartment is very secure and is in a great location. Also the pick up from and to the airport was on time, and both gentlemen were very nice. All in all, I was pleased with the apartment and I would recommend it to my friends. The apartment could have been cleaner, it seemed the towel rack in the bathroom on the lower floor was not cleaned, and there were dust bunnies on the floor. The freezer was also very dirty, and when I spoke to Rosana about it, she answered curtly, that they don't have time to clean it in between stays. Definitely not the answer I was looking for. It also would have been nice to have a coffee machine. We were in the apartment for 11 nights, and it would have been nice to have the apartment cleaned after 5 days, especially the bathrooms. |

Lots of doors and keys needed to get up to the apartment, a little tricky for the 75 year old that was with us on the trip! Very noisy if you have the windows open (it was really hot in prague when we were there) as there seems to be a hostel that shares a courtyard with the building. |

We had great view of Tyn cathedral from our apartment and our children enjoyed lots of space for playing. The location and the loft itself was pretty nice The wlan was not really working (connection problems) and it was a bit difficult to find, also the staff could not tell us the way. Furthermore the english off the staff should be better (but expect that the staff was friendly) Hello Elias, thank you for your feedback. The person who is in charge of check in speaks basic English just OK to answer all of your questions regarding use of the flat but she is not able to give driving direction from Prague suburb to the city center. This was first time I chose self catering apartment. Even though I was little nervous the stay was great. The staff of Kozna Loft apartments was very helpful and answered all my questions. The pick-up service from the airport worked very well. The place was clean and very well equipped. There was enough bedding for all of us (4 adults, one 3-year old). Absolutely great apartment. Located right in the heart of Prague in the middle of all famous sights and superb for night life. The owner of the apartment is very polite and helpful. Fantastic location, less than two minutes to the clock in the old town square. Comfy beds and living space suitable for families and groups. We are a family of six with children. We stayed at Kozna Loft apartments for a weekend and would highly recommend it to other families. The apartment we were in had two bedrooms and a pullout sofa which was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the basics for making meals and we had most of our meals in the apartment. There was a large grocery store nearby so if we ran short of food it was easy enough to walk to the store. The apartment had two fully equipped bathrooms. The location was excellent and easy walking distance to most tourist destinations. The people running the apartments were very helpful, providing pickup from the train station and drop off at the airport. They were also very helpful in suggesting good restaurants. Nice apartment in a good area at the heart of the city. Quiet apartment, Can not hear the neighbors ever. It's close to the main tourist district and you can easily walk to the astronomical clock in about 1 minute! Wifi signal was strong. The attic bedrooms were fun Fully equipped kitchen, a lot of dishes and appliances. Excellent choice for a one / two couples or families with teenagers. Расположение - главный плюс апартаментов, центр города, пешеходная зона, до метро 5-10 минут. Нас встретил Павел - сотрудник Travelcook, показал апартаменты, подробно осветил все нюансы, показал ближайший продуктовый магазин, пункт обмена валют, посоветовал ресторан. Кроме того, Павел очень помог в поисках апартаментов и предложил хорошую скидку (т.к по вине хозяев забронированные ранее варианты были случайно ими отменены и отданы другим клиентам). Апартаменты приятные, но не идеальные если говорить о полной цене без скидки. Хорошая кухня со всем необходимым, посудомойка есть, нормальный напор горячей воды, хорошая сантехника, есть фен, прекрасная мебель, вместительные шкафы для одежды, хорошая техника, много ТВ каналов на разных языках, есть русские каналы, в доме есть лифт, зимой в апартаментах тепло, можно регулировать температуру радиаторов в каждой комнате, недавно сделан косметический ремонт, но не слишком аккуратно. Минусы: главный минус - крайне нестабильная работа интернета и всего один рутер на 4 квартиры, невозможно было посмотреть прогноз погоды и карту, много времени уходило на планирование маршрутов (1 минуту интернет есть, потом 3 минуты нет), скорость передачи данных низкая, всё время пропадает сеть, сначала думали, что наш ноутбук виноват, потом выяснилось, что это вина провайдера, при выезде сообщила об этом Павлу, он обещал устранить неполадки или сменить провайдера. Есть ещё мелкие недостатки апартаментов - отсутствие двери на втором этаже, т.е. общее пространство гостиной первого этажа и спальни второго этажа; нет туалета на втором этаже, т.е.апартаменты хороши для 2-х пар, но не удобны для 3-х отдельноспящих взрослых; в спальне первого этажа низкий потолок над двуспальной кроватью, поэтому вставать и ложиться одному человеку приходится в полусогнутом состоянии; стол в гостиной стоит между телевизором и диваном, полностью закрывая обзор и поставить его, в принципе, больше некуда, на кухне для него слишком мало места; некуда повесить верхнюю одежду; достаточно хорошо слышно соседей; нет сейфа; стиральная машина пахнет плесенью, нет сушки, что очень актуально в поездках; нет утюга; мало розеток, лампа-торшер на первом этаже не дотягивалась до розетки, что показалось нам странным. Всё это не портит отдых, но всё-таки цена завышена, учитывая эти недостатки. Думаю, что большая часть перечисленных недостатков будет устранена в ближайшее время, т.к. Travelcook очень внимательно относится к своим гостям и стремиться улучшить сервис. Единственная претензия к Travelcook - при бронировании сняли 20% стоимости и забыли об этом, при въезде потребовали полную сумму. Пришлось на следующий день высылать по e-mail выписку из банка с указанием оплаты 20%, обещали вернуть деньги наличными, потом перечислили на карту уже после отъезда, но не на ту с которой сняли, а на другую, при конвертации и комиссии банков в итоге потеряна сумма хорошего обеда в ресторане Праги. Сумма незначительная, но осадок крайне неприятный от этого недоразумения. |

Appartment was as good as the photos on web site. Very good location. Very confortable for 6 including 4 children. The building entrance was not the same as the one's shown on web site. Please note the apartments are located in historical house which belongs to Prague city so that's why we are limited with the look of the entrance.
