Situated in the New Town area of the city, this lovely apartments are equipped to a very high standard. All sights of the city are within easy walking distance - the National Theatre is a couple of minutes away and about five minutes are the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The apartments are near the river, and it is charming walk along the river bank to Charles Bridge. The surrounding area has many excellent pubs and restaurants that specialise in traditional Czech cuisine. Lift, free internet acces and internet connection available.

Metro lane B, station Narodni trida is located only 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

National Theater Parking Garage - Located close to the Vltava River, the National Theater Parking Garage charges CZK 50 per hour for vehicles and motorcycles. Long-term parking is CZK 9520 per month including VAT.

Kotva Parking Garage - Kotva Parking Garage is open 24-hours and features 360 parking spots. This safe and secure parking garage is located under the Kotva shopping center, in Náměstí Republiky. The maximum hourly rate from 7am – 8pm is CZK 50 including VAT. The hourly rate from 8pm – 7am is CZK 30. A long-term parking space is CZK 4500 monthly excluding VAT.

Main Train Station Parking Lot and Garage - Located conveniently in between New Town and Vinohrady, and 600 meters from Wenceslas Square, the 24-hour parking lot and garage at the main train station offers 523 parking spaces with 312 of the spaces being inside and 211 spaces outside. The fee per hour is CZK 40 including VAT. There is a special rate, perfect for a short stay in Prague; CZK 400 including VAT per 24-hours if the space is rented for 3 or more days. The monthly fee with reservation is CZK 4000 plus VAT and without reservation CZK 2500 plus VAT. The parking lot and the garage are monitored 24-hours by a camera system and security guards.

Václavske Garage - Located a block from Karlovo Namesti, Vaclavske Garage is a safe and convenient parking garage featuring parking spaces for 50 CZK per hour and 500 CZK per day. If you wish to get a monthly parking space it is 7400 CZK per month (negotiable). The parking garage is open 24-hours.

Good location

From the moment you open the door, you feel the sense of un-care service. The apartment is sell as "just renovated" however the floor is not and if you look in detail you will see imperfections all around. The furniture is mostly in bad condition or second handed. Don't expect to have the "nice picture" you see on the website with nice lamps. The door had also some scratches... the toilet sink a tiny hole.. the flat was generally standard-clean, however I found the toilet brush/container with a gift of sh** which was quite disgusting. Well, overall its quite clear they don't invest much to offer a nice service.

Level of forniture is bad, examples: - I had to fix the handle of the bathroom internal door - the drawers has COLLAPSED as soon as I touched it with a finger - the mattress of the living room is nibbled

We had amost all we needed. It was very hot and nice inside. Enough dishes.

There is no any clean liquide, anything to clean a little...I think it doesnt cost much and tourist wouldnt stole it,,,We just needed to clean a little and its crazy to buy it for few days...There is nothing to clean a flour or bathroom. That are little things, and with few euro it remain for another when they come, and one detersive you can use for mounths.

Great place next to the center. Very clean, and well managed.

The couch bed is uncomfortable, but it is a couch bed, they usually are. The price was ridiculous but it was New Years so it explains it but still way too much money.

Great location! Walking distance to most tourist attractions but yet not situated in an overcrowded, loud tourist areas. The area felt residential, which is what I wanted.

Jilska 4 location is the best and the aparmets are big. The taxi transfer is good.

We got different apartments and they didn't tell us until we were doing the check in. They didn't even mentioned it to us, we figured it out ourselves. So my review will be about Jilska 4 apartments. The apartments weren't that clean and it was too hot because there was no air conditioner or fans. The noise is big.

Расположение супер - до всех достопримечательностей пешком от 5 до 10 минут и в то же время дом расположен на тихой улочке, не слышно криков пьяных туристов, выходящих из музея пива, который тоже находится не очень далеко. Рядом с домом есть пара кафешек, где можно вкусно поесть и магазинчик Жабка (Лягушка), где можно купить все необходимое. При заселении был косяк с постелью, выдали на 2-х, хотя зарезервировано на 4-х, но после звонка в главную контору (которая работает круглосуточно) доп.комплект принесли в течение 10 минут.

Location is everything.

Only two negative comments - the fridge still had food left over from the previous occupier. Albert-brand ice cream, which is gritty and nasty. - the beds are flat with no "give" and so are pretty tough to get used to.

good stay. the apartment was not very large but good enough for 4 people. the residence is quiet. and the location is excellent within walking distance from every spot in the city. the supplies for cleaning were lacking but we managed anyway. great price, we also booked the transfer from and to the airport which was great. i reccomend it.

Very well located, near tram stops, supermarket and good bars and restaurants.

The keys had to be picked up in a different location, which was time consuming and complicated since we were not familiar with the city. No one showed us the apartment and we had to return to the same keys-pickup place to get a second set of towels.

the apartment is big enough for 4-6 person, the living room is big kitchen is well furnished have 2 toilets

the wood floor is total scratched, feels like the floor very dirty. We need to wear shoes/slippers inside the house the toilet is fair, one of the wall is broken near the shower tap No washing machine. even the apartment is big, but only one bedroom, if 2 couples , 1 couple need to sleep in the couch (single bed and sofa bed)

Really great location, we found everything we needed, great place to stay.

We know the 2 mattresses bed are common in Europe, we would have preferred a single queen-size mattress.

the apartment was very well located (in the new town, but not far from the old town and the moldau river). ideal to stay for a eg 1 week and visit Prague and some other famous places like Karlstein and Karlovy Vary; the apartment has enough space and a nice kitchen, so you can also relax there after the long walks. I will certainly recommend this to my friends. Also for small grossery shopping and bread in the morning : A 200 meter walk...

If I can add one point of critics is the parking space for the car. At the end we deceided to leave the car in the near of our apartment (although it was normally only for habitiants), without a problem. Maybe an habitant card so that you are more save when parking there could be usefull (if it exists). There are no good (safe) parking garages nearby (at least to my knowledge).

Booking process

Step 1: Search
The easiest way to search for a property is to use the search box on the homepage and most sub pages. Select your dates you wish to stay from the drop-down menus, plus enter number of persons in your group. Then click on the 'search' button, and a list of available apartments will be displayed. Alternatively, you can use our interactive map or search filter breakdown options to find an appropriate property. Click on a particular property to find out about it in more detail.
Step 2: Book
When you've chosen a property, click on 'Book now' to go through to the secure online Order Form. On this page you will find description of your booking and you will need to fill in your name, email, telephone number and if required also credit card information. There is also a box for any special requests you may have, although we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled.
Step 3: Confirmation
Your booking confirmation has now been sent, but your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. You should receive this the same day. If your chosen property does not have availability on the date(s) you require, we will email you suggesting some alternative properties that are as close as possible to your preferred property in terms of location and price. Only if you accept an alternative will we proceed with your booking.
Step 4: Payment
When your booking is confirmed, your credit card will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the particular property you have chosen. Some properties will require part or full payment in advance, while others will not charge you until you arrive at the property.
Step 5: Before arrival
Please don't forget to contact the property owner by email or telephone to let him know your approximate time of arrival. The property contact information is shown on your voucher.

We store the information you fill out when making a reservation (name and contact details and your card number). We use this information to process your reservation and to offer you future discounts on our accommodation. We will e-mail you a survey after you return home to check your satisfaction with your stay. Your card number is encrypted and cannot be stolen by computer hackers. The card numbers cannot be read without the electronic key to decrypt them. Your card number is not ever given out to third parties under any circumstances. Your email will be given to a third party landlord if he needs to contact you regarding your stay. We never share the e-mail information of our clients with anyone else. Your e-mail will not end up on mailing lists. If you have any concerns we would be happy to apply extra measures for your particular case.
